How we unlearn...
by decolonizing relationships.
Reimagining relationship
When we do the work to unlearn colonized psychology and relearn how to trust the body's innate wisdom, we open up entirely new ways of relating. Relationships that form from that place feel stable, secure, genuinely reciprocal, and mutually more nourishing.

I’m Elizabeth: a relationship philosopher and applied anthropologist. My work meets at the intersection of science, spirituality, psychological anthropology, politics, and trauma informed practice. I help people see how culture and the cosmos influence their relationships.
Most relationship advice focuses solely on the individual, which creates a huge blindspot around external influences. This leads to inadequate advice, and people continuing to suffer without knowing why their relationships aren't working. Building cultural awareness alongside self-awareness is vital to our relationships' success because it reduces misunderstandings and conflict in ways that individual work simply can't. This is the gap my work fulfills.
